One rate for each item delivered
We do not publish a price list. Each client's rates are set out in a rate card with our proposal. This page sets out how pricing works, so you know what a rate card from us will and will not contain.
We are a new company. Our first linen programs start in 2027, and we are taking enquiries now.
How pricing works
The rate
Each item has one rate, charged when the item is delivered. That one rate covers both the rental of the linen and its laundering.
GST
Rates are stated excluding GST. GST is added on the tax invoice.
Invoices
One invoice a week, for the items delivered that week, taken from the dockets signed at each delivery. Invoices are payable within 7 days.
The rate card
Your rate card lists every item with its rate. It is part of your agreement, along with how the rates are adjusted each year.
Linen you order and do not use
It has been charged as delivered. It stays on your shelves, and you order that much less next time.
What the rate includes
- The linen itself, in a pool held for you
- Washing, drying, ironing or folding, and checking
- Scheduled delivery to your delivery points
- Collection of soiled linen on the same visit
- Replacement of pieces worn out or damaged in normal use
- The client portal for the users you name
- A stocktake each quarter
What you are not charged for
- Linen sitting at our depot
- Linen on the truck or in the wash
- Portal logins
What is charged separately
Linen found missing at a stocktake is replaced and charged, on the basis set in your agreement. Anything outside the standard service is quoted before it is supplied.
