A new linen service for the Sunshine Coast

Seafold Pty Ltd was registered in Queensland in October 2026 and trades as Seafold Linen & Laundry. We rent, launder and deliver linen for short-stay property managers and accommodation providers.

We are a new company. Our first linen programs start in 2027, and we are taking enquiries now.

Where we stand

We are a new company, and we say so plainly. We have no client references to give you yet. What we can show you is how the service is designed, who is accountable for each part of it, and the portal your team would use every day.

The design is built around keeping count. We hold a pool of linen for each client, record every delivery on a signed docket, and show the client the same stock figures we work from.

Excellence, fresh, reliable

The three words under our name, and what each one commits us to.

Excellence

Every piece is inspected before it is packed. A piece you find unfit for a guest is a reject. You report it in the portal, and the report stays open until we have dealt with it.

Fresh

Clean linen travels in covered cages and reaches the coast the afternoon before it is delivered. Soiled linen leaves our coast depot for the plant on the day we collect it, and none is held there over a weekend.

Reliable

The delivery schedule is fixed for each delivery point. Clean stock for tomorrow reaches the coast the afternoon before, so the morning run starts with the linen already there.

How the service is designed

From the first delivery, it runs like this.

The plant

Linen is washed, dried, ironed, folded, inspected and packed at our plant in Brisbane.

The depot

Our depot on the Sunshine Coast holds clean stock ready to order. We run linen between the plant and the depot every weekday afternoon, bringing clean linen up and taking soiled linen back.

The delivery run

Each weekday morning we pick the orders at the depot and deliver to the delivery points due that day. On the same visit we collect soiled linen and empty cages.

The portal

Each client's named users see their own stock, orders, deliveries and invoices, and nobody else's.

Who is accountable

Seafold has two directors.

Vikesh Muggan

Director, Commercial and Finance

Accountable for agreements, rate cards and invoicing. He is each client's contact for the agreement and the account, and questions about an invoice go to him.

Nitesh Roopa

Director, Operations

Accountable for the plant, the depot and the deliveries. He is each client's contact for the service from day to day, and problem reports go to him.
