Questions and answers
Ordering, deliveries, problems and invoices. If your question is not here, ask us.
How do I place an order?
Sign in to the client portal and open Tomorrow's order. Beside each item you see how many bundles will be available the next morning. Enter the bundles you want for each delivery point, up to the number shown as available, and save. Orders close at 2 pm on the working day before each delivery.
When can I change my order?
Any time until it closes. Open the order, change the bundles and save again. The order for a Monday delivery closes on the Friday.
Do we need to send you a forecast?
No. You order the day before, and we plan the wash and the deliveries from your order history.
What if I order more than I use?
Linen you order and do not use stays on your shelves. It has been charged, so you order that much less next time.
What happens if a piece is marked or damaged?
A piece you find unfit for a guest is a reject. Report it in the portal under Report a problem, with the docket, the item and the number of pieces, and add a photo. Every report is logged with its status and goes to our Director, Operations. How rejects are treated on your invoice is set out in your agreement.
How do I report a problem?
In the portal, under Report a problem. There are five kinds of report: a reject, a short or over bundle, a late delivery, something at the delivery point, and an urgent need. You can see each report and whether it is open or closed.
What if I need linen on a day you do not deliver?
The delivery schedule is fixed, and same-day and Saturday deliveries are not part of the standard service. For an urgent need, telephone us or send an urgent-need report in the portal. Collection from our Sunshine Coast depot by one person you nominate can be arranged by prior approval, and what is collected is signed for, docketed and invoiced as a delivery. Deliveries on a public holiday are by arrangement.
Do you deliver to each property?
No. We deliver to your linen rooms, which we call delivery points, and collect soiled linen from them on the same visit. Your teams take linen from there to the properties.
Do our cleaners have to sort or count the soiled linen?
No. Soiled linen goes into the bags and cages we provide. We sort it and count it at our plant.
How do I see my invoices?
In the portal, under Dockets and invoices. Each delivery has a signed docket. One invoice is issued each week for that week's deliveries, and it lists every item delivered to each delivery point with its rate. A question about an invoice goes to our Director, Commercial and Finance.
What if the portal is not working?
Deliveries carry on with paper dockets, and we take orders by telephone.
Is Seafold a new company?
Yes. Seafold Pty Ltd was registered in Queensland in October 2026. Our first linen programs start in 2027, and we have no client references to give you yet.
